These terms govern a hotel's use of the SecureStay verification platform. By using SecureStay, the Hotel agrees to the terms set out below.

SecureStay refers to the SecureStay Global verification platform.
Hotel refers to the property entering into this agreement.
Guest refers to any individual seeking room access.
Verification refers to the identity-check process performed through SecureStay.
SecureStay provides a digital identity-verification tool designed to support hotels in confirming guest identity prior to issuing room keys or granting access.
SecureStay does not make operational decisions and does not replace the hotel's internal safety procedures.
The Hotel agrees to:

SecureStay stores only verification results and audit logs.
SecureStay does not store ID images, biometric data, or copies of identification documents.
All data is processed in accordance with applicable data-protection laws.

SecureStay is not liable for:
SecureStay's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Hotel in the preceding 12 months.
The Hotel agrees to indemnify and hold SecureStay harmless against claims arising from:
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice.
SecureStay may suspend access for misuse, non-payment, or breach of terms.
This agreement is governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation or arbitration.
